Whilst logged into the Upside App:
Tap Accounts at the bottom of your screen
tap the reauthorise button for each of your linked bank accounts
Follow the on screen instructions

Why do I need to reauthorise my account?
Reauthorising your account is necessary every 90 days as this is required by the FCA (the UK's Banking Regulator). Don't worry though, we'll send you reminders prompting you to do this in plenty of time before your account authorisation period expires.
