Having issues reauthorising your bank account?

Try the steps below before reattempting to reauthorise your bank account. These should solve this for you but you can always get in touch if not:

Make sure you are running the latest version of your iPhone's operating system (iOS).
Make sure your Mobile Banking App is up to date.
Make sure there are no updates pending for the Upside App in the Apple App Store.
Before you try reauthorising, hard close any banking apps and the Upside app.
Attempt to reauthorise your account with Upside.
