Is Upside free to use?
Yes! Our app is free to download and use with no in-app purchases. Simply install the app, shop as normal and earn cashback with our retail partners at no extra cost or effort.
Why do I have to link my bank account?
We need to see the purchases you've made to match them with qualifying cashback offers. The more accounts and cards you link to your Upside app, the more money you will save.
Some cashback offers require a bank credit or debit card to be linked, but we'll make it clear when that's the case.
How long does it take to get paid?
The majority of all valid cashback claims are paid into the Upside app within 48 hours from receiving a qualifying transaction from your bank. It can take longer but our goal is to be as fast as possible.
