At Upside your financial and OpenBanking data is our primary concern and as such:

Upside uses your email address:

as an integral part of your account security
to partly verify your identity when you register for Upside after downloading the app
to create an unique association between the Upside app and you linked OpenBanking accounts
to respond to you when you communicate with us

As such, we take changing you email address very seriously and as part of our security, we request that you Talk to us

One of our friendly customer care people will work with you as quickly as possibly to make the amendment and confirm to you when your email address has been changed
