In order to comply with financial regulations, our data processor and Identification partner, Onfido will carry out your identity checks.

What information do we require from you to carry out an identity check?

Your legal name
Date of Birth (DOB)
Your residential address
You are a UK resident

We might need to ask you to provide two more pieces of information:
A picture of your passport OR driving license (front and back)
A selfie

Regrettably, due to legal and processing restrictions, we can't accept:
Proof of age cards
Old style paper drivers licence
Any document that's expired

In the event of a name change:
If you have:

Changed your name recently, or
The name on your Passport or Drivers License doesn't match your account,

** Please send a picture of the document** that supports your change of name (such as a marriage certificate or deed poll form) along with your Passport or Drivers License (front and back) to compliance@upsidesaving.com
